Meet Jessica
Hi! I’m Jessica Hogan, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping clients navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-compassion.
Over the past three years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults in both school and private practice settings, supporting individuals ages 4 to 60 through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. These experiences have shaped my belief that every person deserves a therapeutic space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
My approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), blending genuine connection with practical, evidence-based strategies. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
I specialize in helping clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, and women’s issues. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, adjusting to a new chapter, struggling with self-doubt, or simply looking for greater balance, therapy can provide the tools and support to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I believe meaningful change begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself. My goal is to create a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences, discover your strengths, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you are. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m honored to walk alongside you.
